As the Guest Speaker of the HKICS Seminar – “Directors’ & Officers’ Duties in Various Situations” (Re-Run Session)

Our director of Risk Advisory Services, Mr. Ricky Ho was honored to be once again invited by the HKICS to host a re-run section of the seminar – “Directors’ & Officers’ Duties in Various Situations”, which is previously held in February this year and was fully registered. Likewise, this seminar received a full-house registration with over 200 attendees.

 

Ricky illustrated the code provision for risk management and internal control requirements and explained the roles and duties of stakeholders in Merger and Acquisition transactions. He also shared the inside information and the updated Corporate Governance Code accompanied with several cases as well as examples on breach of directors’ statutory obligations.
